Message Waiting Light Won't go Out Check your messages. It should go out.  If that fails, disconnect phone for 20 seconds and then reconnect. 2016-06
Voicemail Doesn't Take Unplug the phone, wait 20 seconds, then reconnect it. 2017-10-10
Message light doesn't come on. Set voicemail to "alert" in IP Office Manager, for that extension.  [See below] 2017-12
Name doesn't come up from directory for outside callers. The user has not recorded his name or greeting yet; get it done. 2019-03-26
